Frequently asked questions for Design Services

1. Do you offer returns or exchanges on your design services?

    TwichTasks will offer returns/exchanges for items that have been damaged. However, we do not offer returns or exchanges due        to buyer's remorse. Examples include: No longer liking color schemes, photos, patterns, fonts, layouts, etc.. Clients will receive          updates and proofs while we design your product. You will have plenty of time to provide us with your feedback before signing     off on the final product. Once you have signed off on your items there is nothing else that can be done to change them. Please           remember colors vary from monitor to monitor. We hope to not have any issues like this and that you love your product as much     as we do, so we will work with you to make sure everything looks the way it should the first time!

2. Are your shipping times guaranteed?

    After we discuss your shipping speed, you will receive the promised arrival date for your items. Please note that bad weather            and carrier delays can sometimes happen. If your order does not arrive to you on time and you’re not 100% satisfied, we are not        either! We are here to help - please don't hesitate to contact us.

 

3. Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $60.

4. Do I get tracking information? 

    You will receive a shipment confirmation email once you order has shipped. This email will provide the delivery method,                  estimated arrival time, and any available tracking details for your convenience.

5. Which mail carriers do you use?

    We utilize a range of mail carriers, including the United States Postal Service, UPS, and FedEx, to ensure your order arrives                safely and promptly. The carrier we choose is based on several factors, including the products you’ve purchased, your shipping        address, and the size and weight of your order. Rest assured, we aim to provide the best shipping option for your needs.

6. Is there a way to pick up my package?
    Unfortunately, not at this time. TwichTasks is partnered with a trusted printing company who handles all of our printing and            shipping needs. With that being said, while we love and trust them to handle our client's orders, sometimes in life mistakes can        happen. Hey, we're all human, right? However, if there ever is an error with any of your products, your business is very                    important to us and we take this matter very seriously. We are not satisfied if you're not satisfied, so please don't hesitate to                contact us.

7. Do you offer international shipping? Which countries do you deliver to?
    Yes, international shipping is available for the following: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France,                        Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United          Kingdom.  Please keep in mind that some products may not qualify for international shipping, but we will let you know.

8. My package was supposed to arrive today, and I have not received it. Now what do I do?
    Packages are delivered by 8:00PM in your time zone. If it is not 8:00PM yet, you can always view your tracking information                online or contact us for assistance and we can locate it for you.

9. My product is damaged, what can be done?
    We want you to love your product as much as we do. If you have any questions or concerns with your order, we want to know          right away! Our TwichTasks experts are available by phone or email.

Terms and Conditions for Resume Services, Notes and Study Guides

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES AND TURNAROUND TIME

The Client is responsible for promptly accepting the Services provided and ensuring the accuracy of the content created. The turnaround time will commence upon receipt of the completed questionnaire and/or other necessary information, rather than the date the Client signed up for the Service.

 

TwichTasks strives to deliver the first draft of Services within 3 business days of receiving the Client’s completed questionnaire. The questionnaire will be emailed to the Client within 24 hours of purchase.

 

Client feedback is both essential and required for all Services and Projects. Clients are required to provide edits of their information if any information appears to be wrong or inaccurate and feedback within 10 business days of receiving their first draft. Twichtasks offers 3 rounds of edits and revisions within this 10 business day timeframe to ensure satisfaction. Your input is crucial in shaping the final outcome of each project.

If Client requests revisions to be done beyond the 3 revisions already offered or beyond the 10 business day window, an additional fee of $15 may be required. If during the 10 business day window no edits or feedback are provided or there has been no other communication from Client, the Service/Project will be considered complete and will automatically be accepted by Client. On the 11th day the Service/Project will be sent to the client via email and no other edits or revisions will be accommodated.

 

COMPANY RESPONSIBILITIES

TwichTasks is committed to providing our Services in a courteous and professional manner. We aim to be responsive to our Clients during regular business hours, Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays), ensuring the Client is being kept informed throughout their entire Project’s journey. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're here to support you every step of the way.

PAYMENTS

Client authorizes all fees to be billed to Client’s debit or credit card. TwichTasks shall send a receipt of payment to Client's email address. Payment must be completed in full before TwichTasks will commence work on any Service or Project.

 

REFUNDS

All purchases of our professional services are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be accepted. If you are dissatisfied or have any concerns regarding our Services, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@twichtasks.com

 

GUARANTEE for RESUME SERVICES

At TwichTasks, our Resume Services come with a 30 - day client satisfaction guarantee. Within one month of receiving their final resume, if Client has not seen an increase in their number of job interviews, TwichTasks will provide one revision of the Client’s resume for free. Simply reach out to us within that 30-day period and specify the changes you’d like to see and we’ll take care of the rest. Your success is important to us!
